Where to put it
Use one clear holder at each table. Keep the surrounding stationery simple so guests can distinguish the upload sign from menus and place cards.
Size and printing
Starts at 5 × 7 inches. Background colors can print differently from a screen; ask the printer for a proof if matching a specific paper or ink.
Make it yours
Choose a solid background and let the studio keep the QR foreground readable. Replace the headline or instruction without adding decorative elements.
Before printing the batch
Check contrast on the actual printed stock, scan the code and complete a guest upload test. A color preview cannot certify a printer’s final output.
