Do guests need to download an app or sign in?
Not a thing. Guests scan the QR code with their standard iPhone or Android camera app, tap the link, and upload photos and videos straight from their browser. No app, no account, no password. We have had guests in their 80s do it with zero friction.
What is the difference between your plans?
Starter ($39) gives you unlimited photos and videos for a single-day wedding with 6 months of cloud storage. Standard ($49) is chosen by most couples: it adds the live TV reception slideshow, printable QR card designer studio, audio voice guestbook, and 1 full year of storage. Pro ($79) includes 2 years of storage, AI selfie search, and a private VIP photographer upload link.
Is this a recurring subscription?
Never. Every plan is a single one-time payment. There are no monthly charges, no recurring fees, and no surprise renewals.
Can guests upload videos too?
Yes! On all plans guests can upload as many videos (MP4, MOV) as they want, and everything is preserved in original quality with zero compression.
What is film-roll mode?
It works like a digital disposable camera. Guests take photos throughout the wedding celebration, but the photos stay hidden until your chosen reveal time (like midnight or the day after your wedding).
Can our hired photographer upload to the same album?
Yes, on Celebration and Forever Luxe plans. You can generate a private photographer VIP link that allows your photographer to upload high-res sneak peeks directly to your gallery.
How long are photos stored?
6 months on Starter, 1 year on Celebration, and lifetime (10+ years) on Forever Luxe. You can download a complete ZIP archive of all original media files at any time with one click.
Are our wedding photos private and hidden from Google?
Completely private. Only people who have your unique table QR code or private link can see your album. We block all search engine indexing using strict noindex/nofollow headers, and you can also add a 4-digit PIN for extra security.
