Terms of Service

1. Overview & Acceptance
By accessing or using WedShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WedShare provides a software-as-a-service application that allows couples and event hosts to generate private QR codes, collect photos and videos from guests, and display them on live slideshows.
2. Content Ownership
You and your guests retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership of the photos, videos, and voice recordings uploaded to your event albums. WedShare claims no ownership rights over your media.
3. Payments & Upgrades
WedShare services are billed on a simple, transparent one-time fee per event ($39 Starter, $49 Celebration, $79 Forever Luxe). There are no recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden charges. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing media. Event hosts have full moderation authority to remove or reject any media item at their sole discretion.
