Download Card (8.5" × 11" Welcome Sign)
Composites the high-resolution artwork, typography, and scannable QR plate without distortion.
Download QR Only (Canva & Custom Design)
Need just the scannable QR code for your own custom stationery, menu, or wedding sign in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator?
Where to put it
Place it where guests can pause safely after arriving. A single entrance sign may be missed, so consider a separate reminder at the reception tables.
Size and printing
Starts at 8.5 × 11 inches for a welcome-table frame. The QR code remains dark on a light plate; gold decoration does not require a pale gold code.
Make it yours
Use your actual couple names and a welcoming headline. A photo album link is different from a seating-chart or RSVP link—check the destination.
Before printing the batch
Test the printed sign at the welcome table. The code is intended for a nearby scan, not a guaranteed reading distance across the room.
