What the calculator actually does

Contributors = guests × your assumed percentage, rounded to the nearest person. Photos and videos = contributors × your selected quantities. Storage = photo count × photo size + video count × video size.

We do not infer participation from age, phone brand, QR signs or a product choice. Use a small guest test and your own experience to choose assumptions. Sample file sizes from your actual phones are better than the defaults.
